Política de devoluciones de productos
Gracias por comprar en nuestra web. Si no estás totalmente satisfecho con la compra, estamos aquí para ayudarte.
A continuación detallamos la política relacionada con las devoluciones y reintegros.
Devoluciones
- Dispones de 15 días (ajustar según normativa y política del comercio) para devolver el producto una vez recibido.
- Para poder devolver el producto, éste debe estar en el mismo estado en que se recibió, y con el embalaje original.
- Se debe indicar el nº de pedido donde se encuentre el producto a devolver.
- Ponerse en contacto con direccion@dominio.com y te indicaremos las instrucciones para realizar el envío.
Reintegros
Solo se realizarán reintegros si el producto está dañado o defectuoso. En ningún caso se realizará un abono si el problema es que la foto no es la correcta, si la foto no tenía las características requeridas para el formato elegido o si se ha recortado la imagen de forma incorrecta.
Una vez hayamos recibido el producto devuelto e inspeccionado que todo está correcto, se realizará el abono del importe del mismo por el mismo medio en que se realizó la compra, o por otro medio si así se acuerda por ambas partes. Hay que tener en cuenta que el procesado de las devoluciones conlleva un cierto retraso dependiendo del medio elegido.
En cualquier caso no se devolverá el importe de los costes del envío.
Portes
Los portes de devolución irán a cargo de el cliente.
